The production technologies used to manufacture our cables provide superior conductivity of the materials used, as well as excellent shielding against potential signal contamination.
Wrapcable: detailed and precise wrapping process for the production of the internal conductor structure of the cable. The ladders are constructed separately from each other by high-quality PVC insulation and are then twisted using purified cotton fibers. In addition, the shielding of the entire conductor structure is significantly optimized by the winding with a non-magnetic metal mesh. Basically, these manufacturing steps take place in an aseptic production environment in order to be able to exclude any contamination of the ladder.
Hyperlitz: Manufacturing process for wrapping the individual conductors in the cable structure with cleaned cotton fibers. This special procedure ensures high self-isolation against external magnetic fields while preserving the natural conductivity of the cable.
JIB realizes high-performance connection concepts and unique plug-in connections with various construction techniques.
NextgenTM: developed by the manufacturer WBT. This superior technology for connectors results in excellent conductivity of the material. A contact resistance is practically no longer present due to the low values.
Nanotech: Connector material consisting of titanium and the rare semi-metal boron. Extremely light, non-magnetic and with a high insulation capacity. The terminals have a 24 carat gold coating.
Woodkap: Titanium plug with a sleeve in wood design, which provides excellent shielding from external magnetic influences. The 24 carat gold plating is double executed.
Fiberglass: Graphite and carbon with a super light metal connector for excellent shielding. The contact surfaces of the plug are coated with 24 karat gold.
Brasskap: Brass connector for digital data connections with high isolation. He owns a 24 carat gold coating.

FPE, HDPE, LDPE: foamed thermoplastic (polyethylene) made of high quality, semi-rigid materials with different polymer chain structures. These ensure high chemical resistance and effective isolation from external magnetic fields, providing the perfect foundation for stable and powerful cable shielding.
OCC: “Ohno Continuous Casting” is a technological process developed by Prof. Ohno of the Chiba Institute of Technology in Japan. It makes it possible, by altering the crystal structure of the metal, to produce an up to 99.9999% pure conductor free from impurities such as oxygen, sulfur, aluminum, lead and antimony. By reducing these natural constituents in the material of the conductor, its conductivity is significantly increased.
